right this will not be very helpful at all
it sounded like a german or russian club song but had english words in it
and the chorus had that wind instrument people play ah cant remember the name, maybe a harmoniser or the one thats held with boy hands and pulled in and out
very distinctive rhythm and tune but hard to hum!!

might be Inna - Hot? that was everywhere last summer but has been released over here now, i think shes romanian, its dancey sorta stuff. If that helps, try typing inna on youtube.
