Hi, no.. hi doesn't work behind bar. He is a waiter. he showed me his card with his his nick Freddy.... Unfortunately don't know his real turkish name..
I've tried to find him on Central Bar web-site, but all staff fotos except him are loaded..(( Have you been there this summer? I don't know did he work there last summer.. but I met him there in July this year... What does he look like? ) He is vey handsome, charming, courteous... I've gone there 5-6 nights one after another and saw him there.. He told me he worked there and supevised me there all this days..)) unfrtunately, do not have any contacts, info about him...((

Yes I was there in June & July, I don't remember any Freddy but then again only went at night. I am going in September and will look for you as I know Cengiz and a few people there that have worked there a few years.

U have described them same, dark, handsom, charming....etc....lol
